so damn proud of myself.
I ran six miles today. Three miles at 6:30am and three more miles at 4pm.
I’ve been running three miles a day since Monday. Today is day five. I don’t even think twice about waking up to work out. It’s part of my routine now. Good bye fat, hello lean muscles!
I need to start strength training. What should I do?

30 day shred - before and after!
I did Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred for 30 days, taking one or two days off to rest. I did not combine it with any other exercises because it included strength training and cardio. I ate healthy (even took a few days off!) and never denied myself food if I was hungry. I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life!
What could you do in 30 days the healthy way?Wow, so great!!! Started the 30 day shred today, so this is really inspiring and encouraging!! :) Hoping to have a before and after like that as well!
Today will be day 4 of Level 1… Ah, I hope I get visible results too!
