My progress
Goal: Lose 2 lbs a week, 10 lbs a month.
Diet and exercise: Eat 1500 calories a day - burn 200 calories a day = 1200 calorie intake.
I haven’t worked out since I was probably in 9th grade.
I’m Asian, so my diet will consists of eating one cup of white jasmine rice. I know that to be healthy I should probably eat brown rice, but I won’t be able to eat that forever so I have decided to not change that part of my diet.
All my meals will be eaten from a 2-qt bowl so that I will eat within 1500 calories, and burning 200-300 calories through exercise.
No eating after 6pm.
