so damn proud of myself.

I ran six miles today.  Three miles at 6:30am and three more miles at 4pm.

I’ve been running three miles a day since Monday.  Today is day five.  I don’t even think twice about waking up to work out.  It’s part of my routine now.  Good bye fat, hello lean muscles!

I need to start strength training.  What should I do?
