day 34, 35, 36, 37

My food intake has been good.  I think I have the general idea of how much I should eat, so I haven’t been logging in my food onto myfitnesspal.com.  I just got done moving out of my apartment and have not have time to go out for my 3 mile walks.

My schedule for the next weeks will be packed with school and work so I won’t be able to exercise much.  This means that I will be eating between 1000-1200 calories a day since I can’t find any time to exercise.  On the days that I do exercise, I will be eating anywhere from 1200-1400 calories.

I have class on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 1:30-4:30.  I work right after class from 5pm-11pm….so…I really don’t have time to exercise, unless I wake up super early to exercise.  Hmm…that actually sounds like a good idea!  Maybe I will start walking my 3 miles in the morning since I do have time from 8am-12pm (4 hours) to do something productive.

I won’t be logging in my food intake anymore since I’ve been doing it for a month and we all have a pretty good idea of what I generally eat.  I did go grocery shopping with my older sister and bought 10 mangoes, 5 bananas, yogurt, blueberries, broccoli, potatoes, and bok choy.

Moving boxes, furniture, and cleaning for 90 minutes (approx 797 calories…I don’t think I am burning this much though)  I feel like the exercise estimation from myfitnesspal is overestimating..I don’t think I will be burning 797 calories!

Intake: 1345

Net calories: 548 (it’s only 8:36pm here, so I will probably end up eating about 400/500 more calories when I’m done moving so that my net calories is around 900/1000. :D)

Deficit: 1242

I think my deficit is closer to 700-800 than 1242.  I’m moving to a different apartment, but I’m not constantly moving for 90 minutes straight.  I’m not hungry at all, but we’ll see how it goes after I finish moving!

Went home for the weekend

Day 27

Woke up at 3am to drive to St. Paul, Minnesota to watch my younger sister play soccer at 8am.  Ate sticky rice and chicken. Walked around a little at Mall of America.

Day 28

Walked 4 miles with my little brother but ended up eating a lot anyways.

Day 29

Celebrated my little sister’s and brother’s birthday together.  Ate some good Hmong qhob piaj.

Day 30

1 Oriental kitchen Siopao and two cups of bok choy fried with one tbsp of oil (460)

Exercise:

3 mile run at 4mph (316)

Total intake: 1251

Net calories: 895 (I will eat my exercise calories tomorrow to be at a net caloric intake of 1200)

day 23

Day 20

Went to Mt. Olympus in Wisconsin Dells and spent 8/9 hours there.  I swam, I waited in line, and walked the whole park.  I ate boiled chicken, watermelon, and rice for lunch.  I ate one sweet potato for dinner with more chicken and rice.

Day 21

Spent the day at my sister’s.  She had a hu plig for my nephew so I ate a bunch of good food.  Drove home, went to work, and ate a small dinner at my younger sister’s apartment.  I ate between 1000-1200 calories.

Day 22

Breakfast : Scrambled eggs with spinach (147)

Lunch: Pho (585)

Snack:  Meatballs (80)

Dinner: Bok Choy with purple sticky Rice and two piece of General Tsao’s chicken (199)

Snack: 3 pieces of fried popcorn shrimp, 1 Hershey snack size cookies n cream candy bar, 1 cup of mango (205)
