OH BABY.
I’m gonna challenge myself for 30 days. I could potentially be 10 pounds lighter in these 30 days. Followers, you should do it too!
The plan is to run/walk everyday and to eat between 1200-1500 calories. No cheat days, nothing. Breakfast will include scrambled egg/waffles/yogurt. An orange/banana/mango for snack. Rice and some kind of side dish WITH more vegetables than meat for Lunch and dinner. If I’m gonna go out during the weekends, I will dance of the calories from the liquor. lol. :D

I’m still stuck at a fucken plateau—-162/163. I hope this 30 day challenge will work?
I went to the gym for an hour today and burned about 550 calories and ran/walk 4.5 miles. I ran for 30 minutes at a rate of 4.5/5 mph and spent 30 minutes on the elliptical.
